Yeah I know. I just wouldn't go to Youtube for research on this. Heaven only knows the video he finds will be @lexusb3 's TR3/FA20Club turbo kit video and he will call up Toni and order everything overnighted to Canada and then 6 months later wonder where he went wrong. The best resource we have are the various turbo/supercharger owner's threads where just about every downside/upside of every option is discussed.

I have around 20 000 for performance parts and 5000 for miscs. So about 25 000 MAX. I have a stock FRS 2014, manual. My goal is the following:

Exhaust System:
- Invidia N1 Cat-Back SS-Tip [600]
- Invidia Catless Resonated Front Pipe [300]
- Borla UEL Header - CEL FIX [700]
- Invidia Over Pipe [200]
- Grimmspeed Exhaust Manifold Gaskets [50]

Axle Bay:
- Driveshaft Shop (600HP) Rear Axles [1000]
- Driveshaft Shop Carbon Shaft - MT [1000]

Engine Bay:
- HKS Air Intake Duct [200]
- Koyo Radiator + TRD Radiator Cap [320 + 50]
- Perrin Radiator Hose Kit - Black [110]
- Revo Pulley Kit S2 [500]

For the turbo, I am planning to achieve with the FA20 engine a max potential for the car or mid potential (speed)

@King Tut is a very good source for turbo setups and reliability. We can help you out with either.
You see dat new SoS V mount setup? I think their turbo kit and V mount are going to be the hawt S2000 ticket. I think it is time an FT86Club vendor stepped up their game and make one for the BRZ/FR-S.

You will essentially be wasting money if you're looking to go boost with those parts. Most of those parts are useless for boost. Koyo radiators are severely undersized for your use too.

Have @King Tut send you a list of a reliable turbo setup that he has built. We can send you a list of reliable forced induction setups and expected budgets based on our testing as well.

Throw out the Borla header immediately even if you go supercharger instead of turbo. Is the Invidia N1 a 3" exhaust? If not, get a 3" or at least a 2.75" like the Greddy Evo3. I would run at least a 2.5" overpipe and midpipe, again not sure what size the Invidias are. I wouldn't waste time with that pulley kit either. No need to try and find 1 or 2 hp when you have the ability to make 100s of hp with forced indcution. Throw a good clutch, oil cooler, and catch can in that mix as well.

Are you sponsoring me is the better question? I don't have a BRZ/FR-S anymore, but I am sure there are multiple guys that would get on board for a true V mount setup for a track BRZ/FR-S.

But...superchargers and NA setups have no issues with water cooling yet.

How's the S2k project going so far?

We have a radiator that will work for turbo setups...not sure how many people want to spend for it though...

The project is planned, but the M3 isn't sold yet to get it started. I hope it isn't Robispec. I see the S2000 guys really like their "S2KI forum" radiator which is available dual pass. It will be interesting to see how well @FullBlown 's planned BRZ/FR-S dual pass radiator works.

It is different. The prototype is in our car, but now our ECT is constantly at 185ºF. It just doesn't move even when we're behind someone at WOT on track.

The OEM radiator would go up to 200ºF peak before going back to 185ºF when the fans kicked on. Even so...OEM is still pretty damn good for what it is.

We have a prototype S2k radiator as well, but at 450hp on one of our test S2ks, the stock radiator + SPAL fan has kept temperatures at 205ºF.

OP, add this radiator to your list and forget the Koyo.

fixed exhaust there fer ya. Ideally you'll want a 3" system to pair up to your FI

dont need axles, you'll quickly realize that your budget won't suppliment a 600+ whp need for the entry level axles. That being said you'll want a nice clutch to hold up whatever power you'll be running

Engine Bay:
- Robispec Oil Cooler+ Radiator [700] (combines radiator and oil cooler in one, @Sportsguy83 I think has some experience with it)

For the turbo, I am planning to achieve with the FA20 engine a max potential for the car or mid potential (speed)*

* honestly to help you from spending money on mods like cooling that you can avoid, I would reccomend the PTuning kit, comes standard with a gt3076, upgradable to house a 35 series turbo if you want more power. Although the 3076 is rated for over 500 whp.
There, helped ya out a bit, I think

You need axles...but I guess that's because I've seen people snap axles on track. Hell, even stock axles die on track cars with stock power on EHP 140+TW tires...

Lol =p thanks man... I am not able to find these items online.
