KW V3 Can't Adjust Rebound

I have a set of KW V3's that I installed last night.

When I put the Rebound Clicker on the front struts, I can't turn the dial.

The dial turns fine on the back struts.

Anyone have some ideas what I should check for or adjust?

They don't turn in either way? Sounds like you might have some dirt stopping you from turning the dial. Mine dialed fine after a bit of cleaning as they were slightly dirty. If not, contact KW or your reseller for a replacement set, because you should not have to force it to adjust, it's very easy to move

Okay, I did notice there was some kind of packaging material or something over the top of the holes. I tried blowing it out, but couldn't get it all out.

I've sent a support email to KW, I'm thinking I'm going to contact modbargains now too.

Thanks for the response
