Which Oil Sensor Is Better To Put Into The Block
Relocating either my oil temp or oil pressure sensor into the engine block via an oil galley plug. I'm installing a greddy oil cooler. I already have the oil temp and oil pressure sensors in a sandwich plate. I'm assuming I want to leave the temp sensor at the oil filter, and put the pressure sensor at the block, but I want to make sure I'm getting things as accurate as possible.

The real thing (in my opinion) to be cognizant of is consistency. If you're used to seeing certain pressures at certain RPM and get used to them, that's more valuable than them receiving different flow elsewhere.
Example- it's better to know that 51psi at 7400rpm is lower than your usual at one sensor location, than moving it and getting the same reading, but having to ask "is this normal for this sensor in this location?"
