I had that open while I was posting this, but I wasn't sure how up to date it was kept in regards to "tuning improvements" (because clearly day 1 install numbers are much lower than those that are posted now).

And if I really wanted to get petty I could say that shows 92 not 93

I do appreciate that spreadsheet though, I have ran across it a few times and it's helped me get a good idea!

I will haha. Getting the tune ordered, but I'm gonna need injectors too (so I'm ordering those as well...)

I'll at least be back on the same dyno, so we should have as real of "results/comparison" as possible.

uhhhh..... lol

So I'm gonna run this setup for as long as I can, and when the motor pops (oh man I cringe thinking about it) I'll build it.

Will be built at my work. Hopefully later rather than sooner haha.

I'll be filming so 15-60mph and some other random acceleration videos before pulling the 210 unit off the car and installing the 335, and I'll do the same with the 335 kit so we have a direct comparison.

Follow Moto-East's recommendations and your engine should be fine without forged bits. I can reiterate what they said many pages ago if need be and point to what spot in the spread sheet you'll end up at.

Oh yeah they haven't blown their 335 have they? Well that does sound like a good place to start.

Alright so - Heat sink is a pretty common issue with these kits, yes?

I'm not even going to ask "Has anyone ever.." - because I know the answer is always going to be "You're definitely not the first...".

In order to control the heat issues, I have a few things planned. If anyone has tried, or knows someone, or has some (both accountable and hearsay) data that can help, let me know.

-Ceramic coated header - Keep the heat from down low rising up.
-Wrapped Overpipe and front pipe - ^^
-DEI Reflect-A-Gold on the bottom side of the intake manifold, the intake pipe and box, and possibly the tanks ends of the heat exchange.
-Constructing an aluminum air dam to funnel air to the HE and rad, sealing with the inside of the bumper. This will help keep the pressure from being lost throughout the bumper, and out the wheel wells/etc. I have a chassis mounted front splitter that kind of ditched most of the OEM ducting. (WILL THIS PREVENT AIR FROM GOING TO THE INTAKE?)

I want to be able to push the most from from kit, and seeing as I dont have many other upgrades available with the exception of a 355 or E85 (Not available anywhere near me), I feel like limiting its losses due to heat related issues might be the way to go.

It's only going to heat soak on you if you're tracking it. I have no problems with mine daily driving in South Texas heat. As long as you aren't flooring it through every gear all the time, you will be fine. Some of the things you listed certainly wouldn't hurt though.

Wouldnt hurt = hopefully not wasting my time any money, right? hahah

The car doesn't really get out much, mainly just goes out for spirited "cruises" and track days. I've only put about 3000 miles on it in the passed 24 months, if that. But when it does go out, its typically not babied.

@Njjawn if you're running an IC'd kit, the issue is more that the heat exchanger system isn't efficient at losing the intake heat. To do this you need to find a way to improve the heat handling. It's not so much to do with ambient heat, but intake temps being dumped into the system. Look at the TVS systems, they don't suffer as the heat exchangers are more efficient at removing the heat from the intake charge and then from the water in the intercooler.
