2017+ PP short shifter vs. STI short shifter

Does anyone know the difference between the short shifter on the 2017/2018 performance package vs the TS or Raiu "STI" labeled one?

Wondering if there is a significant difference that I should possibly upgrade.

Thanks!

None of the cars have a short shifter from the factory. The sti short shifter is a dealer add and installed after the car has arrived to the dealership. The 13-16 jdm Sti shifter is the same as the 17-18 USDM revised version.

Oh? I was under the impression it came with it as it's on the spec sheet. As well, mine definitely has some short shifter in it. Can anyone confirm what the difference between that an the STI one is?

No difference. All short shifters claim 27 to 30% reduction in throws. If you want a truly amazing short shifter, get IRP. 60% REDUCED THROWS AND ITS AMAZING.

According to this spec sheet (Canadian) the new Raiu version has a different one. So there must be some difference, anyone know?

You have been given the answer twice so far.

Same shifter. Now 3 times.

Well no, the first response entailed that it was an add-on that you had to purchase separately. I'm just trying to make sure it is indeed true, that is, it does come as part of factory

Thanks.
