Driven plenty of vehicles without airbags in them... but why you would remove them is beyond me. Do you really think the steering wheel looks that much cooler? or are you getting some kind of gain out of it besides looks?

I just finished putting in my Nardi 350mm deep corn on an extended hub. This places the steering wheel noticeably closer to me so my arms are more bent and I get more leverage.

Also, I like to grab a thinner wheel. For some reason in my mind I know where my hands are located better.

One last bit, if you get "panic hands" your less likely to beep the horn or turn on your turn signals/wipers

If an airbag is being deployed at 200 mph and your face is hurling forward, you're practically dead...

The airbag is FULLY deployed before you smash into it. No joke, they do save lives.

you need to educate yourself

I never said that the airbag doesn't deploy. You need to educate yourself in force = mass x acceleration. And I said, keyword, "at 200 mph." You think you'll survive that crash?
