The engine is in vacuum at idle, there is not enough pressure to overcome the vacuum. However there is pressure before the throttle body (meaning the turbo is spinning at some rpm) I found this out when I removed the water injection nozzle. I could feel the air escapes.

Don't confuse an idle 'condition' with 'idle speed'. The former, as explained by some other chaps who have replied before me suggests a vacuum, not positive pressure.

If you load the engine up at idle 'speed' it's possible to get positive pressure in some scenarios, not many without anti-lag though.

to the op...if you have an android phone...download torque and see what 0-60 you get. i would really like to how this affects 0-60 time...with this + headers+exhaust+dropin+lightweight pulley+tune you got your self a nice N/A car

"N/A"? Granted, it isn't a full time system, but you can't call it N/A.
PTFI is more accurate (part time forced induction).
