Yikes! I leave the forum for a few months and look at all this trouble! FRS300, I'm sorry to hear you got a raw deal and over the years my company has had to clean up other builders poor work. Sometimes its just a failure in their engineering and other times it was malice but in every case they were first movers and very popular.

My only advise is that we all make bad choices in life and we learn from them but how we deal with them makes all the difference in the world. Don't waste your time or money with attempting a civil suit as it will just go nowhere most likely and getting payment if you win is a whole new battle. I have plenty of customers who have sued other companies, won and could never collect, or didnt win and just wasted time and money. Your voice has been heard and the people are your army.

Let it go (the part about feeling personally screwed) and focus your emotions positively on getting the car you always wanted. I know easier said than done

*realised this may need some context ... I'm from Australia yet have been screwed over multiple times from people out of Florida, credit card fraud, paypal account hacked, fa20club, nasioc vendors, you name it. No problems in 15 years with any vendors from CA or Texas though !

Just WOW! after reading this thread. Happy that it is in the tri-state area getting fixed. I know prime motoring has done some great work in past so i wish the op good-luck on his build. I had to LOL at the comment i quoted because i received a call today from my credit card company saying that someone in florida tried to make a $4000 purchase and a $1000 purchase which i am thankful did not go thru without authorization. So i will have to +1 on the eat a **** Florida comment. Good luck FRS300 hope it is back up and running soon.
