Make sure all the plugs are inserted all the way, check ground, check maps... Worst case take it off? This isn't a warranty/recall issue, this has nothing to do with subaru/scion.

Agreed. Plus unhook the battery to reset the ECU after checking all connections that you may have disturbed during the install. Did you put the MAF back in facing the right way?

Like he said, if all else fails take it back off and try it stock.

Make sure you have the intake hose fully connected...mine was loose and cause cel. Mine got loose after playing around with unichip. If car isn't starting the 3rd plug...ah I forgot what one that is called (behind engine) If that one is not fully connected I know the car wont start.

This sounds a lot like something was left unplugged or installed improperly (throttlebody issue or crank angle sensor disturbed)...recheck all your connections..

Did the car attempt to crank at all..or was it just silent, sitting there doing nothing?

What is the CEL code? That could help us help you as well...

Cruise control will not turn on. Does that mean a specific code? I don't have a code reader. The car started to crank but would not turn over.

Since when is it required? I have the Flux2, but I hadn't installed it so I couldn't read the code. A lot of people have this without a code reader.

Well now the CEL went off. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll try the installation again soon.

To me it sounds like you forgot to install something. The instructions aren't the best honestly. When I forgot to install the 1/0 switch to the large pin connector (I connected to the small connector) my car would not start. When I finally got it to start I had a CEL which was cleared after a battery reset. I don't know how Flux works since I don't have one but make sure it is plugged in the right spot.
