It must look awesome in real life, but it looks hideous from the front. not sure who would spend close to 70k on this. I think this will flop.

lexus rcf

I think the m4 is better on track but the RCF is better as a daily. Just my opinion. And the first pic you have isn't of the stock RCF- that's a pic of a race car one

So far it seems the consensus on the reviews is the M4 is better on track, but RC-F is better in the emotion/fun department for daily.

Remember that the LFA was the same way in the reviews compared to its competitors. Same with the twins. So what would you choose?

That's all I'll say.

Going to be a great car to pick up used. Lexus reliability, etc.

I'd pick the Lexus. I don't want to get my manhood taken when I service the M4 after warranty.

any reason why the m4 is better? maybe I'm just more of a fan of naturally aspirated engines....

Is German part replacement really much more expensive than Lexus?

Not necessarily but the likelihood of having to repair is greater.

Performance numbers and track times during the reviews. I would hands down pick the RC-F. For the reliability, engine, emotional appeal and I personally like Lexus styling and interior over Bmw.

seems like the rcf's weight is a huge weak point for the car in general. The m4 also has a greater amount of torque. The rcf has a softer suspension than the beamer but less oversteer. Id take the rcf and drop some weight lmao

The way I see it, the RC-F isn't really an M4 competitor. It's bigger than the IS-F, despite having 2 doors. It's a sport-land-yacht.

Now that I'm looking at the specs for the first time though, wow, that's a really good price for a sports-yacht with titanium valves in the engine. It probably can be tuned well past 500hp maybe with some changes to the exhaust, because a 7100rpm 5L V8 with a 12.3 compression ratio should have way more power in it. I guess the caveat is it probably guzzles fuel pretty fast.

Love the styling of the RCF. I initially hated the is300 design but in person it looked sexy! It flowed well with the rest of the body and it looked like nothin' on the road! Can't wait to go and test drive one of these bad boys!
