Spotted another asphalt (pretty sure) this morning before 8AM going west on the santan 202 coming from the i-10 east. Didn't look like anyone I recognized (definitely not yruyur or sleeper).

Nothing wrong with supporting vivid but the smaller shops in town will normally sell it cheaper to compete with them. And every time I talk to vivid I have to call back a few times to get them to pay attention to me, long enough to get my parts.

Totally agree, the only thing is the shop that sent me the cheaper quote is across the country...

I use concept z they are normally cheaper and if you pay cash they normally cover your sales tax. The cheap price does normally mean a week or two in shipping time to their shop gotta make up for those discounts somewhere.

I will be heading to Vivid as long as the price is right. I don't mind paying a little more because I like supporting the shop as well as having that personal relationship but I'm also a realist. I don't want to dump the wallet either.

I have never been to Vivid tho, So I'm down for a tour Smoke.

Alright sounds good. What part of the valley are ya? I'm over on sossomon and university but can meet somewhere that's close to vivid and we can go up there. I just need to talk to em about getting some Siebon CF ordered within the next week or so and about the AP short ram intake

Just do it, you won't regret it! There will be a pretty big group of fellow FRS/BRZ drivers there to help you out. Don't be chicken :P

It's really not hard to get signed up and figure it all out. I avoided going for a little bit for the same reasons but everyone there was quick to help me and show me what I had to do.

I figure everyone will be very busy doing their own thing to have time to guide a completely clueless newcomer, however their good intentions. Is that not the case?

On a separate note, is anyone going to the Pavillions this Saturday? It'd also be nice to meet some of you guys there.
