Also shopping centers do not face where i was! These parking spots are for people who work at the stores, there were no cars when i did the burnout. Would like some advice on fighting this if anyone has it
Er, you don't notice the bike path and string of houses immediately off the side of that parking lot? You did put people's lives in danger, thus the reckless charge. Imagine you lose control doing a burnout and plow into a house or run someone over on the path, now it's manslaughter and not just a ticket.

Jesus people, you're driving a 2700lb missile, don't ever forget that.

That bite path is 60+ feet away with a cement wall protecting it. Plus who rides a bike at 1am?

Yeah. Wouldn't it just be peachy if everyone on the road could drive as fast as they want! Or would you like a new law that only applies to you, because you're the best driver on the planet?

You = Idiot

like that other guy said, they are all broke and looking for an easy target. these cars are certainly easy... i try to be on a lookout all the time.. but eventually our luck will run out -- esp in this car !

there is an "element of truth" in that statement!.. you can liken it to being armed to protect yourself when the police are MINUTES,instead of SECONDS away!..just sayin'

Sure, all I'm saying is a parking lot where there's even the remote possibility of unknowing cars or pedestrians moving around is not a good place for shenanigans. Keep it to the drag strip or autoX lot, where people are expecting cars to go flying.

You should still fight the ticket and bring all that up, maybe it'll help; who knows what traffic court judges will do.

or one who i thought was not a total asshole, isnt that a prereq on the job app?

all the cops in my town were geeks who got beat up in grade school, and scored no girls in HS. that is the truth. you cops reading this you know who you are, and you remember you ugly prom date too.

a sports car enthusiast forum is not somewhere LEOs will be offered respect, BRZ FRS owner or not, cops are the enemy when I am in my BRZ(or my m3 or s4 or 911) Apparently I made poor life choices too..
That's some of the dumbest shit I've ever seen anyone post on an internet forum...

i agree! (w.t.f!) he needs an "attitude" adjustment!
how can you possibly say such numb ass crap!? think about it!
if we did NOT have a police force, anarchy will reign, and life as we know it
would be extremely unpleasant, and the criminal element would be the most powerful force in society!

trust me i agree, it was just a stupid thing i did, still young! It just a perfect night for it, 100% clear, no cars, people, anything. Cop said what would of happened if a car came? I dident tell him this (dident want to be a ****) but im 100% sure i would of seen the headlights, and then stopped. Just sucks, im 20 had a perfect driving record (4.5 years of driving) until now :<.

LoL, sorry to laugh.. but you are dead on....Seems the new copper/Trooper tricks is all this plane jane car appearance and a couple of odd ball cars thrown in to fool you. Your case was a charger with lights...wow.. they are really getting creative. tinted windows to keep thier lights a little on D.... Good luck

I'd check it out, where I come from its not against the law to fail to put on your signal if it has no effect on any other drivers around you.
