Has anyone used a Mishimoto Oil Cooler on this kit? Is that a bad one to get?

I can confirm KW's oil cooler kit fits nicely. I'm sure someone else can chime in regarding Mishimoto.

Finished install about a week ago. After a lot of troubleshooting, car finally runs smooth. Totally addicted with the car now.

Currently installed parts:

JDL kit with GTX2867R turbo Tial 0.67 Exhaust housing
Ceramic coated hot parts
Omni 3bar MAP sensor
DW 700cc injectors
DW 340 FP
Full 3inch JDL exhaust - single exit S1
Grimmspeed EBCS
Moto-East tune - currently on base tune
Moto-East Flex Fuel
Radium dual catch can
Koyo radiator with Perrin hoses
NST 3 piece pulleys
Mishimoto oil cooler - needs to be installed
AEM failsafe - needs to be installed

It was my first time doing a turbo install. It took a long time, but I am glad I did it myself. Learned a lot. =)

Full Blown makes the thickest core that I know of. Whether or not it's compatible with the JDL kit I couldn't tell you. I don't see why it wouldn't, but you could call Ronnie and Jessie...if anyone knows they do.

yes this is noticed, was hoping it would work with this kit, but haven't found anyone using this combo.

My car being RHD shouldn't affect the installation of this kit right? meaning like steering rack shaft location/route

FBs rad and shroud fit. We have a customer that was running that before he LS swapped his 86. Our kit does fit RHD chassis. The rack doesnt come into play until you get to the Overpipe. Send us an email if you have any other questions.

I am planning to install my AEM failsafe gauge. Can I just unplug the stock secondary O2 sensor and place my AFR sensor on that bung? Will it cause a CEL? I am currently running base tune from Moto-East. Im not sure If i will need a revision before doing this.

Hey Everyone, has anyone had issues with the engine belt stripping or getting damaged with the kit?
So far I had to change two belts because they stripped from one of the groves, not sure if it touches while I'm driving but its clear when I inspect it at standstill. or am i not using the right belt?

Its more likely to be a problem with one of the pulleys
