Can't believe it's still the stock block.. Hate to ask, but what's the game plan after this? I'm sure you already have an idea of its life expectancy lol.

Car has 32k miles on it. I have no plan on building (immediately) because I expect reliability to be normal. I don't beat on the car on a daily basis and drive like a grandma so I still have a long time before building anything.

anyone in the area running an intercooled sprintex supercharger? I'm about to go that route and was trying to decide on some headers / front pipe combo to go with it...

I only know of two people running one, myself included. I'd recommend a full exhaust. You can't really run the setup Catted, so dull Catless. EL header, in my opinion, any brand. Overpipe, just 2.5inch, any brand, Catless front pipe.. I went dual resonated from HKS and any catback will work.

If you wanna meet up sometime, I'll let you come for a ride along or something to hear it/feel it.

I'll be at AndrewTech in Gaitherberg around 1PM today, if you're free lol.

ha, yeah im not close to gburg ever, but thanks for the response. specific reason you went with EL and not UEL? since i commute into arlington everyday, i was wanting to get as much low end as i could since thats where I'm usually at.

I was planning on the intercooled 210, UEL catless headers, high-flow cat front pipe, and the ive got TRD cat-back.

haha. yes I have been thinking for a while about just getting full exhaust and a tune, since I wasnt sure if I was going to keep the car, but looking into I feel like the sprintex option is still cheap enough that I wont be kicking myself if I end up selling the car next year. Also your pew pew made me super jelly.

I dislike the artificial boxer rumble that a UEL produces. Plus, I feel like the EL is better all around. Just my personal opinion. I'd be wary of that cat though. Having that there will create a point of back pressure for you. I doubt you'll be able to push the kind of boost I am with a cat. I'm using the 69mm pulley which is 12psi.

Good to know. I ended up going with the 210 and normal pulley for now. I'm not looking for much to start off with. Just a little extra umph.
