In my younger years I was the Cop giving out the tickets. Kindness and respect went a long way in determining if I ticketed or warned. A good example is I had pulled over a car and was writing the ticket when one of those quick afternoon showers popped up and now I'm cussing myself because I am about to get wet delivering the ticket. Something caught my eye and I see the woman getting out of her car, raise her umbrella and walk back to my car. When she gets there, she tells me she did not want me to get wet. I quickly changed my ticket to a warning and told her to have a nice day and thanked her.

Northern Balto County. I am seeing more Twins in our area lately. There's more than one other Argento FRS around, so may not have been me.

My incident happened on York Rd in Sparks. It's hard not to rip it up a little on these roads - it's just too much fun.

Nice Officer. Made my day.

Nice story.

I definitely had the respectful tone going, didn't question his motive in pulling me over and I had my docs ready as he walked up. Not sure if it was that or having a clean record going back decades.

Also, not hearing "is this YOUR car?" was certainly a good thing for me.

Dodged..."Dodged a bullet"! Not "ducking"
Wasn't gonna say it but it was driving me insane.

I got caught doing 98 in a 65 and got a 5 over 0 point ticket. State Trooper said he had to give me something. Said "That's the cost of business for driving a sports car".

Sorry dudes.

Curiously, it turns out that the term "ducked a bullet" is commonly used. Google the term with quotes. Still, I meant to say "dodged".

One morning I saw an argento twin being driven by an older gentleman who had all gray hair. Since you said 30 years without a ticket, I assumed it was you. It was on Cranbrook a few months back.

You know what they say when you assume.

Salt and Pepper, actually.
"Gentleman"??
Not sure of that.

Probably me though.

What color FRS is your ride?

Don't feel bad, I've been going gray since I was 17. Been a slow process luckily.

Mine is asphalt.

I'll keep an eye out for you.

Watch out for speed traps on York Rd if you find yourself going up North. I find Officers sitting in new locations that not only hidden, but placed in areas where you are very likely (especially in an FRS) to be having fun.
