Help addressing work meister

Got these wheels I'm a trade. Now the thing that has my friend and I mixed up is if these are real work
meister or not. They don't have work stamps on them, they have made in Japan stamped on back (I know I know that isn't something I should judge off of), amp is also stamped on back but upon Googleing amp wheels nothing shows up, and the one thing that we are both confused on is that the back is welded. The face of the wheel is in the style of the 3 piece and not of the 2 piece, I can't find reps of this style. If they are reps I don't see why they would be welded in the back, for any reason. Yet if they are real then that means someone took the face of the 3 piece and welded it so it was a 1 piece which also makes no sense.
Specs are 17x8.5 +35 and 17x9 +35

They look like meisters to me, before the meister S1R two pieces came out they all had the same face, two piece and three piece. So it could def be an older set.
