So far, no rubbing. I've been careful over bumps especially because the front is poking ever so slightly.

Height looks monster truck status in these photos. The springs have already settled a bit and the front is almost exactly where I want it, but I will drop the back a bit more before I install my rear LCA's and get an alignment.

Looks like a whole new car from behind. OEM exhaust looks even more wimpy now. :/ probably next on my list... or c-west lip kit. Who knows.

215 vs. 265

Sorry for the use of iPhoto editing/hdr-looking photos. I was really excited but only had my phone and it was overcast, so the wheels just looked like black holes. Once I get everything aligned and set where I want it I shall bust out the DSLR.
Nice setup. I also had that complaint about going to a much wider tire with a seemingly thicker sidewall. The tires look super huge. Even the 4.5" tips on my Ark Exhaust look small sometimes.

Well damn. I guess I should plan on getting one of those oem "style" diffusers too. I would think filling out that general area will help.

i think it looks good even at the current height. i couldn't decide on an exhaust yet either. the JDM GT86 exhaust tips fill up the back much better and would help in your situation. love the look of those tires too. they look almost like 40 series too.

Thanks! Still want to drop the back just to even it out with the front. I like these tires too they look great, look full but not too rounded.

I considered just getting some exhaust tips for the time being for the price of the nice ones such as the gt86 tips I might as well just wait until I find the exhaust I want.

question for you guys running wide tires. Do you like them? do you have any issues with the tires trying to follow the grooves of the road?

I've driven cars with 295 tires and 315 tires on the street, you will be fine. The only difference being the Mustang/FBody I drove were a bit bigger/heavier than a twin.

the 02-04 Z06 came with 295 stock out back and is a few hundred pounds heavier than a twin.

These pics arent the final ride height but I don think I will need at least a fender roll to get a good height.
