No oil temp, and the speed is the same even when I activated faster communication. but this subaru ssm pdf file might be of interest for those IT geniuses out there. Imma try messing around with this gadget and see if I can come up with something.

Which Android device are you using? I'm using the same super mini 1.5 elm with a samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 and it does not refresh nearly as fast as yours

dumb question i have a galaxy tab 2 7.0 and its only has wifi do i need do i need to have 4G to use the torque app?

No need for internet connection. ODB adapter talks to Torque app using Bluetooth.
