Where is carb legal an issue? Socialist republic of California? NY? I'm from one of the free states so as long as my exhaust isn't crazy loud then no one cares.

basic bolt on mods (intake, exhaust, etc) will have minimal gains for the amount you're paying while staying NA. Put the money into suspension upgrades and tires and you'll enjoy the car more
