Went to my local Toyota dealership today to get the DD serviced and had an appointment to demo a new Supra.

Discovered Supra is on stop sale, all are being held at the port awaiting parts but don't know the details. The salesman said they were told that arrivals might be delayed 2-3 months.

It could be only early production cars since Portland is the furthest US mainland port from the factory. Wishful thinking there, but expect early adopters will be getting recall notices soon.

I suggested they tell customers that it's BMW's fault, the Toyota parts are fine.

Well, was at track today and Speed Academy showed up and was filming a Supra.

I’m going to echo what everyone else is saying, pictures don’t do it justice. I love it front, back and cockpit! It’s now on my Christmas list lol

I actually think this is a perfect car for you. Having driven one, it just works really well and truly is a bit better looking in person. Plus that exhaust note.

You doing okay? When did you drive one? I have yet to sit in one. I’m hoping the height handicap doesn’t come into play...I’ve read the cabin is cramped.

All good, and drove it at the Toyota track day.

Height could definitely pose an issue lol.. if you can fit in it though, the cramped feeling makes it seem more driver centered, love it.
