FT-86 Article on Performance magazine
Nothing we don't already know but I like this magazine, its the only magazine I read and willing to pay cuz, its a drivers magazine nothing about show cars or half naked girls on the hood (nothing wrong with that) just a magazine about cars taken and tested on track all over the world. I'm actually waiting for them to do the test on the actual production car, O yeah its a UK based magazine...Sorry for a poor cellphone pics Iphone 3GS camera is not that great.

Everyone keeps talking about this 1000kg number for the concept. If that's really the target weight for the production model, and they actually pull it off, I might just have to buy two of them because this baby is going to become an instant classic.

Thanks for taking the time to get those shots man. Awesome stuff.
I can feel it in my bones. This car is going to be epic. Toyota can F it up in so many ways, so I'm trying to temper my expectations, but I just know it will be good. 1200kg, 200hp. Every kg less, every hp more the final car comes with, the more props toyota gets, especially if it drives right and is priced right. Toyo's future is bright. Driving dynamics and balance from the FT-86, packaging lessons from the iQ. The next few years are going to be interesting. btw.....Can you get the LFA article as well please? |
