The explanation would've been in a voicemail that says "out of town" but you still cant get it through your head. Your kind is the reason I gave up on this thread.

Mods please close this thread. Any issues I come across ever again with a vendor I'll just keep it to myself.

I still think you're overreacting.

Please don't. The standard of what is "acceptable" nowadays is pretty piss poor.

I often get asked why I bought XYZ from so and so, when I can get it cheaper at ABC. I'm aware it's cheaper at ABC. I bought it from XYZ because they offer the support/service that I want.

You get what you pay for.

People are defending Gruppe-S for a couple of reasons, mainly that the all caps screamy title is a juvenile overreaction. Maybe try I Didn't Hear From A Vendor For A Few Days After Purchasing A Product And Am Totally Freaking Out.

Alternatively, understand the aftermarket a bit better, you seem new to it. Things move much slower, it's not Amazon. Often components are not even built when purchased, manufacturers of parts are waiting on other parts etc. An example: there are people who paid for Edelbrock superchargers in April that are still waiting to receive them. I hear communication isn't very useful and timelines aren't accurate.

I wish they pulled some people off the floor to respond to emails quicker! Wait..

Or just chill out a little bit? Realize time until email returned is not a metric of relevance to the aftermarket. Some good old fashioned adult-style patience is in order in this market particularly. Change the stupid title.

I still don't understand why it took you 10 days to reply and update everyone. You overreacted and made this thread right away without waiting but still waited 10 days to update here.....

You know what I did exactly what you said. I decided to buy the Tomei equivalent instead of the Tomei UEL. I didn't think much of it at the time because everybody on here had good things to say about the product but I should've looked into the service of the vendor prior to purchase.

Where do you see the title in all caps? I wont respond to all the other things you said because I have done that like 20 times already. Do yourself a favor and read what Gruppe said and what I said couple of posts ago

Because Gruppe S came in and told you guys how it was handled like 8 days ago. I'm starting to wonder if you guys hate reading but quick to say stupid stuff. I didn't want to regurgitate what the company said.
