Sorry to hear man... I had something similar happen years ago. I was sitting at a red light and we had been parked for about a minute and then all of a sudden this lady bumps into the back of me. She claims her foot slipped off the brake... basically she just wasn't paying attention. I got the same thing from her: "please don't call the police." Yeah, screw that... not damaging my car and then getting off the hook.

Best of luck with everything, hope you get your FR-S back soon!

I understood the story that you changed more then once.. First it was, no one would let you in, then later you was driving around 75 mph on the shoulder and then hit those people that were helping someone else.. I brought that up in your own post how you deffiently was in the wrong, as you blamed everyone else and you told me that your one of the safest drivers out there.. Well I don't know how old you are, but I've been driving since 15 and I'm almost 35 and I've never...... Never been in a accident that's my fault.. Both fender benders I've been in was other people fault because they wasn't paying attention.. You can blame the new tires and everything else.. Plain and simple you were rushing to get that alignment speeding in traffic that you shouldn't have and rear ended someone else..

Oh btw.. I'm going to go enjoy my FRS today.. What are you going to do... Thank you have nice day

Can I buy your wheels since you totaled your first one and should be moving to something more up your alley like a Miata or older civic?

Your right never said the shoulder, but I don't know many highways that have a 70mph speed limit and no shoulder, there are some I'm sure.. Put the picture of your car is right there by the grass.. You was trying to merge, got cut off..

Regardless.. You messed up, hurt someone else, because YOU wasn't drive appropriate for the conditions.. Then going to do the same thing to your next car that you claim to have now, yet haven't posted a picture that I'm aware of.. Which again, I could care less.. I'm hoping karma catches you and maybe someone in a pos blazer with no insurance is texting on the the cell and hits you.. The. Maybe you can be on the other side

I highly disapprove of people texting while driving... you do either one or the other... not both...

but i also see the point youre trying to make...
everyone makes mistakes on the road...all the time... and once you do make one it is only chance that prevents you from having an accident.
