Nice journey so far.

The best part is to have tried and ultimately know what you really wanted.

How do you find the brakes on the BRZ PP compared to the stock ones ?

Keep up the modding.

For stock power I think the non brembo brakes are fine unless you're pushing the car. Definitely helps me brake later at a course, but I need more driver mod to make use of them. Granted, I haven't used pads other than OEM so I may be in for a surprise next month.

Bonus points that they look great and performance package is honestly a bargain for the money.

Which trunk is that? How's the fitment? Did the backup camera transfer?

That's my quota for questions today.

1. Seibon CSL
2. Fitment is good
3. Backup camera holes need to be made. I'm having the shop do it while the wing gets installed since I don't have a dremel.

Thanks for the info. I've read some conflicting things about Seibon fitment, glad to hear yours is good! Are you planning on having it color matched?

By good, I mean there is a very small amount of height difference in the back, but it's good for not being OEM. I don't really notice it.
Upon install I did notice a couple of things though:

1. the license plate bulbs don't fit quite right, and can sometimes pop out. I think the shop filed mine a little to make sure they are snug as I noticed they don't pop out as easiliy.
2. the license plate screw backing (the square thing) does not fit. you'll need to file again to make it fit. I opted to just have the backing held by the screws. Hard to explain

no plans to get it paint matched for now.

I'll be taking some glamour shots as soon as I can clean the car, but here are some quick photos taken by a Pixel 3 after the install this weekend.

Dropped off the car at PRT performance at Lewisville TX. In this photo you can also see a big turbo Supra.

After about 4 hours of shop labor for wing assembly, measurements, and install(2), and 2 hours of 17+ oem back up camera holes on trunk, garnish, and trunk button install, she was ready to go home.

Made sure the wing had a coat of colinite on it until I can wash the whole car. Car really needs a tint as the Summer heat is coming in Texas!

Voltex aero looking great as always - and plenty functional too, I bet. Speaking of which, would be great to hear your thoughts on how the car feels in terms of downforce in the rear...perhaps either during a track day or any long, sweeping highways near you (although I'm guessing in Texas it's mostly straight highway?)
