The second family that owned our house stopped by tonight. It was great. He is a local dentist and was by with his beautiful wife and 2 daughters. It was cool. Learned more about my house. Now we have met all 3 of the previous owners.
The dentist moved and bought property a few miles away and is also trying his hand at growing alfalfa. We exchanged numbers. He is mormon. Should be fun. |

Did any of them tell you about the history of that land, the sacred lands just north of the great deer flats (now Lake Lowell)? I reckon not, that type of information is not required to be disclosed on the form 17 prior to a sale. Although Chief Washakie was a vicious chief and had a very powerful shaman, I doubt the curse put on those lands still exist. Even if the Shoshone said they would return (in one form or another) to reclaim their sacred lands. Some say they have heard the jingle of his ear decorations, on cold, still winter nights - humfrz PS - no, alfalfa will not keep away evil spirits. |

Random Thoughts - Part Deux
Quote:
My problem is space. I need a real shop. I already have access to all that stuff at work, it's just that I am at work too much as it is. And our old lathe and mill are a bit clapped out and too big for what I need. A forge isn't too hard to build. My dad's buddy has a small one in his shop he just ran a natural gas line out there and some fire brick. He has a homemade power hammer and english wheel he built from plans he found online. He builds some pretty cool stuff with it.

Jk, brakes are important, but how will it affect your bias? Looking at your build thread, you already have 4 piston calipers on the front, which probably affected your bias. Would it be better if you swapped out the rears as well? |

I really wish I could try an AP Sprint kit in anger. My ST kit shifts bias rearwards just a wiff. I would like to try a slightly more rearward bias to see if I would like it better. |
