Plans in the near future? I think this would be a valuable feature for a lot of people who have multiple sets of wheels (or who just don't want to move their TPMS).

Has anyone switched from a Unichip to the OFT and noticed a difference in performance? I currently have a Unichip which works well but didn't know if its worth switching to the OFT. I'm not interested in any special features I just want to take advantage of my current mods the best I can. Current mods are in my signature.

The device doesn't matter, the tune does. That said the oft uses standard tuning software and is far more powerful than any piggyback. That only helps if you know what to do with it, though.

If I were you I'd get the OFT and one of shiv's tunes.

Yeah and that's the problem, I don't know how to modify a tune that is provided so I wasn't sure if Shiv has a tune that covers my mods.

it's not that specific really. the OTS maps are conservative and generic enough to apply broadly to the modifications they suggest, it's not a brand-specific type of thing, except maybe the intake. you'll like it, and in any case it'll get you into the ecosystem for further open tuning developments.

i believe tpms is controlled by a separate computer that has nothing to do with the ecu. so, probably never unless i'm wrong lol.

Ah, I was wondering about that - but then I *thought* I had read somewhere that EcuTek supported it... but then again that might have been for something like a GTR instead of an FR-S Oh well
