Terrible lighting I know, but here's mine. I'd have it on Monday or Tuesday, but I'm out of town for work so it'll be Friday I pick it up.

Based on the tech behind them, there should only really be a noticeable difference on track. During regular driving they should feel the same or slightly more comfortable.

Kinda curious: for those of you who have either taken delivery or gotten definite VINs for upcoming deliveries and if you checked in with SoA before getting the VIN, what kind of ETA were you getting before they had a VIN for you? Was it always January?

Yes, I was told late January to early February initially when I order in September, given a VIN mid December, then told a delivery of 4 weeks exactly from Vin # on Jan 9th, then it showed up 5 days earlier than expected.

Just got an update from my salesman last night. I now have a VIN and an ETA of February 6th for my Yellow.

Reading through all the threads many people were told December before they got their VINs. The rest seemed to range from January all the way to April. As we have seen with those that have been delivered the estimated date of delivery is truly estimated and the car could show up well before or after that date.

FWIW

I had a CWP order placed in early December. No VIN, but expected delivery of 3rd week of Feb.

But, then i switched over to a CBS that became available (cancelled order maybe?) that I reserved Jan. 2nd. It had a VIN already, and expected delivery date of Feb. 2nd. My salesman mentioned that since it was reserved now...it has a better chance of showing up early. I will post here once it does.

Your salesman was spinning a yarn or ill-informed. The car would not show up any quicker because it had been reserved. The shipping schedule and pipeline isn't going to get all changed around because all of a sudden a car became reserved. It will come when it was going to come be it earlier or later regardless of status. Hopefully earlier!

BOOOO BOOOOO bad Tcoat. How dare you point out the truth.

Actually i think he believes what he told me, though I took it with a grain of salt. But yes his exact comment was , "it may come in a day or too sooner since it is a sold car". Salesman BS? yeah, but he didnt mean anything by it. I think he was just to trying to be positive.
