IAM always starts at 1 immediately after a re-flash.

Also, it takes more than 30 minutes of driving for the ECU to properly learn all the fuel trims.

And one final thing, if your IAM falls, it won't actually increase unless the engine sees a specific load value. It needs to see several instances of constant, steady acceleration for it to climb back up.

For now I'd keep an eye on it and fill it with 93 going forward and see what happens.

Yea my plan is just to drive it here for a few days, then log again and see what things look like. It still feels "stronger" than it did before the new gas, but butt dyno can't really figure out if i'm 15hp +/- right now, and i don't want to pay another $125 to go sit on the dyno yet.

If most people logged their car right now, should they be at IAM of 1?

How about that AF Learn Value High taking a dive at 12ish minutes in?

Is it ever normal to have any misfires, as i had 1 here and there on cyl 1 and 3 in this log?

Given the wide range of gas available and what people do to their cars, I have no idea what the IAM distribution is. 99% of people don't know or care.

Given that the car is still learning the fuel trims, I wouldn't worry about that.

I wouldn't expect any misfires, but again, you were still early in the learning stage.

Ok - Update for everyone. I ran the entire tank of old gas and the new 97. I then went to the same Holiday gas station I usually do, got my non-oxy 91 and filled up. I then logged and saw that the IAM was at 85 from all my recent driving, so I reflashed, and went and drove around for about 20 minutes. I checked the logs when i got back - sure enough IAM dove to a 90 during that time.

I can't seem to find any other symptoms as to what may be going on. My Tuner (motoeast) said they would do a smoke test to see if there's a boost leak, but I feel like I would see the loss of boost in the logging.

I'm running low on options - so i'm just brainstorming - Should I remove and inspect the plugs and see if there's any evidence there? I've also thought about trying to do a compression test, but i'm not sure how I would get the tester in the spark socket with the motor still in.

Any other ideas?

I've attached the 2nd of two logs from my now 91 oct tank of gas 20 mins post flashing. The IAM did start at 1 after flashing of course.

Thanks!
