This thread damn well better not get deleted. There is absolutely no basis for it.

You haven't posted a single thing?Things can always be fixed or replaced as we have done in most cases at the customers request. Time is money. Sure you might replace it, but after how long of having a down car? weeks and months is not acceptable and it takes weeks just to get a response out of you let alone a part wheres my new air filter? oh, its in my car because I bought a new one at autozone for $44 this morning.. no thanks to you.though not flawless we have always replaced or refunded individuals for parts they werent happy with. Including shipping items back from out of the country on our own dime.
according to the paypal records you reopened the claim on the 16th we called them and authorized the refund they sent you an email on the 16th and they have not since sent you any messages so i dont see how you just got the approval yesterday when the system shows the 16th and that is why the date for return is 10 days later which is the 26th.

Send a message via MSN to woode
Well I don't know what to tell you, I doubted myself and double checked my email and I definitely just got it yesterday.

Regardless, the refund isn't even the issue here.. You are trying hard to do damage control to save your reputation. How about addressing the actual issues at hand: quality and communication. Your quality is shit and your communication is about 75% non existent, 20% lies, 5% useful.

How about posting up that request I made for re-imbursement for the broken parts I received, etc? How about posting up all those times you told me my order had shipped but it didn't until weeks later?

I think you are nervous because you don't have my car to blackmail me into deleting my threads or anything.. and the community will find out.

no winning here. can you please fill out the form so your license can be issued.

i offered a complete refund after you received all the packages. because you did ask for it before but the system doesnt let me do thats until all the items where delivered and after it was YOU change the dispute and we were the able to accept the complete refund offer which we did and you then declined to do so. But according to your email seems like paypals system has an extended delay in notifying you for whatever reason.

FA20Club Up Pipe

C'mon, this is unnecessary. We get it, you're not satisfied with the lead time, quality, lack of communication, "lies", missing parts, etc.

If you really want, you can follow through on the return and purchase elsewhere but that's going to do nothing but add more downtime and a potential wait for a system from another vendor.

It does look as if you have the system installed and should be looking forward to the tuning, dyno numbers and living life happily boosted.

Let's move on from this epic saga and get to the good stuff, the dyno numbers! The pissing competition needs to come to an end. There's a FA20Club Vendor Review thread, which you created, where this can be chronicled with all the pics and details from this thread.

You deserve to enjoy the car and not be frustrated with all this back and forth nonsense.
