Help!! shuts off once warm.

Hi

Car starts up with no problem (Cold start) runs.

But once warmed, idles dips even lower and eventually stalls out by it self. start up after warm is harder.

Things to point out when it runs there is CEL P0011 & P0021

What I have done is, New oil 0w 20 & filter, switch OCV around, swap out for new ones, open front case, checked timing (on its mark) lastly I change the both AVCS. and problem still the same. have another ECU re-flash & reset result the same. Even with those those codes, not sure if they are enough to stall out the engine. or something else is also in fault?

Thank ahead!

also might be worth logging when the stall condition occurs.

see what happens at idle when it stalls

normal warm idle ignition advance is around +13 degrees
AFR should be close to 14.7

long term fuel trim should be less than 10%

cams should be close to zero at idle as avcs not active

2015/6 auto had a tsb to update the auto trans computer firmware to avoid rough idle and stall as well if auto
