Watch live online or on tv with MotorTrend in the US, Velocity in CA, turbo in the non-functional fake vents.

Any guesses on selling price (less fees, commissions and assuming no shill bids?). With a Mk IV TT going for $121k recently, this one should sell for multiples more and then go to a US (not German) museum.
I’m guessing $250,000. Uneducated guess.

That's what the CTR #0001 went for IIRC. I think there are Supra fanboys out there with more money than that though.

I'll go with $399,000 to avoid unlucky Japanese car numbers 2 and 4.

Yep, I think there are a few here who could manage it either as speculation or long-term investment.

Actually it was my favorite show for "real" news for many many years when it was Jon Stewart. I don't really watch TV these days tho it's probably fake anyways.

I'm still scrolling down the comments on that Jalopnik article. ALOT of haters of this new Supra.

I just read for entertainment value.

Didn't some guy burn his GTR to the ground on Tail of the Dragon, because dried leaves got into the brake-cooling ducts, and lit up from the hot brakes?

Highly unlikely that he had ducting directly anything right at the rear brakes. Also, no evidence in that post. I'd greatly suspect another cause for that fire.

This post is provocative but you know, internet.
You don't have to buy it if you don't like it but if you do buy it you are getting it as is with the fake air vents and the German engine.

Maybe the people who do buy it won't care.

I take issue with the people blindly defending the vents because of some fluff lie a Toyota executive said. Grow up, your heroes are just people. People are flawed.

It's all the swoopy designer curves built in to support the ersatz vents to do nothing.

I think it could look much better without the silly blood gutters.
