No point in updating when there is nothing to update you about...the parts have been sitting at port, and that's all that's happened...

Well I rechecked the header bolts and that was not the culprit. I did not log any data to see if there was a leak, Im going to do that next time I have a decent drive. I still have this little rasp/rattle that I cant put my finger on, and unless I'm going crazy, it was NOT there for the first month or two of owning OFH.

You probably missed the update from Robert that said they were notified of a Wednesday delivery. That post was two weeks ago and last week came and went, so it's time for a new update. But it is safe to say they're still waiting at port.

Will logging exhaust data be accurate enough to determine something like a tiny pinhole leak? |

@tomaszjanczak @2much I've tested for leaks under the car, AND logged and my LTFT all look good. I also have the raspy noise..it's only under about 3000 rpm and I think it's just air movement, possibly from the diameter of the overpipe being slightly smaller than the header collector size. I think it's more apparent on cold days, seems to get quieter after the car is warmed up.

I had the OFH for a couple months now and I got a CEL on Sunday. I checked the headers quickly and nothing seems out of place. Let me know if you find anything so I can check for it too.

Ah that's super frustrating. Try reading the code with your OFT and report back here and hopefully we can help.

would have been best to read code with oft, oft will clear codes as well it wont be p0420 as that is disabled and it does not put ecu into limp mode just disables cruise control. read code next time it appears, it might have been U0155 can be caused by plugging or unplugging in obd devices when engine running it a can bus error and nothing to worry about just clear it |

I did clear the code. If i remember correctly, it was p2096 or somewhere around there.
I retuned because it was running like crap after I cleared the code. Last edited by 904FRSlow; 03-24-2015 at 06:01 AM. |
