In all honesty, Nameless came out strong, but later seemed to get kinda pissy when other vendors used similar routing.

No dyno for the pre orders puts it in the realm of faith, rather than the science Jason used to talk about.

No independent dyno, no buy.
Nameless vs FT86SF headers?
Lol interesting view on this topic.

As I've met & did business w FT86SF, so maybe I'm bias on this, but FT86SF header do show good result... BUT that's because it's done by the shop they always go to? idk

I think, even independent dyno is done by someone else, it'll be same result or pretty damn close to the result.

I recall seeing several items from them that looked exactly like some competitors' products.

I'm not saying Speed Factory is better, I doubt they are. I'm just saying after nearly 2 years maybe Nameless could've released a dyno when they started taking orders.

JDL is doing the same thing with their V2 ELs.

I guess you could say that manufacturers numbers might be suspect, anyways (Perrin 'converting' a hub dyno's numbers to 'Dynojet' numbers using their own magic formula...) but I'd like to see where the power is being affected, even if the peak numbers are suspect.

But this is the typical car mod numbers game. Not going to change.

Also a part of the dirty mod games.

Good design and manufacturing can reduce this, though.

I gave Jason some ideas a while back, but don't think he will apply them to the rather price sensitive 86 parts. But he did start playing with the 321SS on the STI after some PMs with me, and some links to Burns Stainless technical articles.

wow thanks for all the input guys. I'm so lame, I actually took notes on some of the stuff you said lol.
I have so much time to plan this out, but I want to do it right. While also getting the results I want from it.

Thanks for the advice too @Calum -I definitely want her to be ready before I jump the gun and slap on a sc. I really liked @wrxgoose build thread. Totally inspirational since I know jackshit. But someday when the timing is right, and I do way more research Ill be sure to bug you guys again lol.
So many decisions.

Also @Calum Ill keep you guys in my thoughts. I'm glad its not cancer :hugs:

Honestly gooses' build is an apparition. Noone seems to be making that much power with a similar setup. I'm jelly, as are many others. Well except for the broken belts.

I only know one 321SS EJ turbo manifold and it is pricey - very well done, but very pricey.

lets say i have an idea for a product

lets say i even have schematics for a product

what is generally the next step in manufacture, lets say i want to buil 1000 units of whatever it is, what are the buzz words i should use to find these other companies that would build whatever it is that i want them to build?

Nameless has (had?) a 321SS EJ manifold in testing. It was on either the Nameless or Jason's Facebook. This was even before the torque hump 86 dyno.

Yeah, I remember that. I'm saying I've only seen one enter production. Most end-users are cheap ebay parts type guys, they don't want to pay for 321SS.
