well, sad to say but after 9,000 miles, those darn crickets finally kicked in..took it to the dealership today and they said it's just the fuel pump and that nothing has been released by toyota yet for a new pump or to really fix the issue in general

got home and I just spent the past 30 mins reading a thread on here and it looks like in actuality, they came out with a new part number to fix the fuel pump Oct. 17th..soo looks like I gotta go back -_- anybody else round here have problems with those crickets? I know it's not a major issue but it definitely affects quality of life..

ex. I was at Roy Rogers the other day and I heard the cashier say man those crickets are loud outside

if only she knew sigh

I'd like to have you as a test subject. I do not feel like having a 4th pump put in only to have it cricket a little later. Keep us posted!!

There are many/most of us that have the cricket noise; it bugs some people and some people could care less. I'm in the latter.

Hey Guys!

I just got in my custom made U-Haul tow hitch and it requires a torque wrench to install. I was wondering if anyone was free on Sunday to help me install this! I haven't seen anyone on the sit with one and was hoping someone in the mid-atlantic had some experience installing a u-haul tow hitch or any tow hitch. PM me if you're available Sunday. Of course your beer of choice will be provided.

Thank you

I'm wearing my alma mater hoodie and ball cap with jeans. Claiming my costume is "college freshman" to get around the dress code.
