That's ok thou, 86 isn't in the same shoes as RX8. Going from RX7 to RX8 was such a letdown.

completely agree. RX8 was an emberrasment to the RX series. A complete abomination.

I would have considered an RX-8 when they first came out, but the fuel economy was worse than the also new V6 G35 Coupe (which in Canada was pretty close in price). So I went with a new G35 Coupe (this was back in 2004).

I think the Honda CR-Z would be better as the "Slowest Fast Looking" car. After I purchased mine for long distance commuting there were a ton of people that assumed it was fast. Yeah.... no.
Stock suspension / tires handle like crap too (hybrid time!) |

RX8 is a great little car, don't why people always compare it to the RX7, maybe cause Rotary and Mazda?
