To be on the safe side I would bring a extra gas can with E85 in it. Last year that is what a few of the people running E85 did just in case.

From doing the run a few times on E85 with boost, I agree. I usually end back at the same Valero with a little under 1/4 tank. Just about the point where I start wondering if I'll make it. So far I haven't had to actually use my reserve 5 gallons, but I always try to bring it.

There's a Shell gas station across from Hastings that has it. I believe one or a couple of the Stripes has them. And there's a Valero across from the police station that has it too.

You will need one! Dustin had to refill from a gas can part of the way through and he was on e85.
@Shneegle can you ad a post to the front page about e85 users and boosted guys that they should bring extra fuel in bold red

Are any of those large enough for 30+ cars, most wanting E85? I wish I knew street names down there, so those might not be along the route our MR2 group takes. There was a very specific reason we use the Valero that we do. I was pretty sure it was because of availability, but I'll admit I could be very wrong, and "availability" could have easily meant available to fit so many cars without much hassle.

You'd obviously know better than I would though.

I would think that this would be common knowledge for these people. So I have added it to the main post in red as requested.

If it was legal in STX I would already have it. But it's not

So I got my front bumper repainted 2 weeks ago. Any tips or advise I should have before the run? Obviously keep my distance to avoid rocks, but anything else?

If your really worried about the front getting chips then cover it with blue painters tape.

I just don't want to undo what I just fixed. Of course, I still have to wait (so they say) for it to fully cure before I can put a clear bra on. But the tape seems like a good temporary idea!
