I don't understand angled tailpipes at all...

It just looks absolutely ridiculous, especially when the tailpipe cutouts (if the car has it) are straight out the back.

Well. I mean the "reason" for them is less bends in the exhaust system (assuming the pipes run down the center and exit at the corners, to have straight tips u generally have 2 90deg bends in each pipe, with angled u have 1 45deg angle. However in most cases the exhaust is more than free flowing enough that this is unnecessary.

Non functional spoiler (I don't care what anybody says it don't do squat)
Noisy exhaust with no other real gains (TRD catback)
High flow intake filter (More noise, no gains)
Lowered (but just for looks)
Yep I am Ricer!

I'm drunk right now so hope this makes sense.

Ok, so let's put it this way:

Delaware has about 900k population. For every 100k, you'll find 10 ricers, so if we try to find how many ricers there are, we find approx 90 ricers. So, you are not likely to find many by driving through the state.

Califorrrrrrrniiiii-ugh on the other hand has a pop of 37,000,000. Again, let's pretend for every 100k, you find 10 ricers, so if we do the math, we find there are 3,700 ricers!

Now, if you drive through CA your are LIKELIER to find/see more ricers.

Other factors besides population may include, for example, how many shops and availability of cars there are here. I actually think ricing vehicles has gone down a tad in the past few years, but I still see a few weekly. I even saw a Park Ranger truck with Honda stickers in Pinnacles NTL Park a few weeks back.

where in CA you coming to?

The whole state! Well, probably sticking along the coastline. Still in the early planning stages but that's not until next June/July.

Around here, I've probably seen 3 or 4 fully riced out cars (all Hondas, go figure). Otherwise, it's usually cars with the common loud fart coffee can/angry bee swarm exhaust. One time, I spotted one with a turbo whistle!

Hahaha, let us CenCal-ers (central CA) know when you coming. We can grab a beer and just grumble at each other over crumpets and tea. I'm all over Monterey County on 101 N and S.
