ha, nice ЯƎVO ƎVOM sticker. I'm wondering if I could pull off one of those, being an asshole driver in an area populated almost strictly by other assholes and clueless folk...

Had not noticed this detail on the clown-car wing before. The finishing touch!

Ahhh the internet, where people always feel the need to talk down on other people's choices...

No one cares if you don't like what he's doing

Then the internet would be a very quiet place. I'm offering my opinion. Why are you butthurt? Here, first-grade style for ya: "I think the Rocket Bunny body kit is ugly as sin. That's, like, just my opinion man."

Here's a tastefully done fast FR-S just so you don't think I'm some sort of anti-mod Luddite. Don't need any more butt-hurting.

I don't understand this comment?

It might not be everyone's taste, but stock body 86's and BRZ's are OH SO COMMON, I saw 7 of them yesterday (no joke) while driving for half an hour. I guess I just don't like to be like everyone else, and want something relatively unique. As far as I am aware, it will be the only one in Australia with a molded widebody rocket bunny kit, and one of only a few in the world.

You have to widen the fenders. How else does one fit 345 wide tires underneath it!

Bro's gotta stick to the ground bro.

Yep, I want it to look factory.. With the exception of the wing, I think molding it will give it a factory look. If it gets too much police attention, I may get a spare bootlid and just run a TRD wing for the street, and the ridiculous rocket bunny wing for the track.

Probably going to be jelly as fuck when its over... but I was like when I saw this..
I bought the car for a specific purpose, to cater for the market my company sells products for. I already had a convertible Porsche and a V10 BMW M5, and also have an R35 GTR - but they don't appeal to the majority of our cfan base, as they are mostly out of reach of the people that buy from us.

The 86 was a great entry level sports car, which gave us a good connection with our audience, as well as put a smile on my face every time I took her to the track, so it was a win-win in my eyes Yep there are plenty better cars out there for the money (hell you can get an R35 for not much more than this 86 has cost so far), but it's not going to achieve what we wanted.. Admittedly I did get a little carried away on this car though. :S

It's all good I'm sure there are people out there that complain that the 86/brz/frs is ugly too from stock, can't please everyone :P It doesn't worry me if a few folk dislike, it still achieves its purpose. I just wanted to share my progress on here, doing something that most people aren't doing. If that attracts ridicule from the minority, I feel sorry for the others that cross paths with such opinionated people.

Nah it's the V1, but with some adjustments to the rear diffuser, front guards and the entire kit is molded in instead of riveted on.

Also, once it has been done, there is no turning back... It certainly is a shame to cut up an otherwise perfect car, and made me quite upset that's for sure :S

Im not sure who is doing your work or if your doing it yourself but you may want to restart the fiberglass and sand the paint before applying the epoxy this time around. Cracking is going to be your biggest enemy.

It certainly was sanded prior to the FG being applied..

Probably just not visible in the previous pics..

I would have taken it down to the metal or close to it. But that's just me. I think with the CTE difference and the thickness which you're laying down that fiberglass you're still bound to crack eventually.
