Makes sense! I figured with it being a smaller 'site' to repair it's a smaller repair to make. There's a local body shop that has an in-house PDR guy and most damage goes through him first to minimize the site. My guess is he's paid full time, so if he touches everything it's less work for the guys doing big repairs so they can get more throughput..?

Thanks guys for all the input lol. I got some input from a few local PDR shops in my area and they all told me to go to a body shop instead since paint chipped off and cracked. They said more paint will chip off if they attempt to pull/push the dent back which will be more expensive to repair than to take it to a body shop. lmao the cooler was pretty big though
