Ok well I learned something new. So what I'm curious about, is if you have to remove the supercharger to do the internals?

yes because the heads need removing. Since its an engine out job then you might as well replace the pistons, add uprated valve springs and go for full power 380hp beast mode.

Got the replacement parts for my exhaust to day. I can say that they do look and feel much stronger then the last ones. I am hoping that these pices won't fail like the last. Nameless has sent me a new down pipe and muffler. The last muffler had cracked welds after only 250 miles at that time they also had sent me a new header and resonator. The both of those have been fine scene. I will have to go for a drive to marrow and see how it all sounds and fits.

Got to meet @JerryIII today and see how our cars compared. I've gotta say, having a quieter catback really helps for daily driving. But, that Cosworth catback sounds soooooo good!

They are a bit brown but very impressed by them. It was a 2 part epoxy paint did it when I first got the car about 28000 miles in them. didn't expect them to last the long. Sure wish I could get an exhaust to last that long. this last one didn't last but a half day at the track.

The latest replacement exhaust broke again?! Which part? Was it the replacement muffler, or the headers?

I used two part stuff. Foliatec similar if not identical to the G2 caliper paint popular on your side of the pond.

This is what it looked like after a couple trackdays:

and now after the clubracers they've gone grey and bobbly:

Hey ... There goes the graph of the power of the Cosworth supercharger in my car. Stage 2 only.
Standard exhaust line.
You have graphic with stage 1 and 2? or how many hps give your car dyno?

Sounds like you need to get a quieter exhaust like my Q300
