Been working my way through THE WITCHER III on PS4. Took me a while to warm-up to it because I was coming off of HORIZON ZERO DAWN and I thought it was a little clunky by comparison. Firmly into it now though. I'm currently at level 7 and on my way to building a dedicated warrior. I still think some of the crafting systems are baffling. The graphics are beautiful in their own way but character navigation feels a bit twitchy and "arcadey".

Got an Oculus Quest for Christmas. While not PC Gaming, I'm enjoying it. I've ordered the Link cable for it do to PC gaming, but have already done some using RemotePC and it works pretty well with a solid WIFI connection.

I know its a trade off in terms of POV and resolution from some of the other VR headsets but for me, with the self-tracking (which means you can play most games anywhere) and the 360 room movement it isn't much of a loss. It also seems obvious this is where Oculus plans to focus their development.

I'm considering giving one to each of my gamer sons so we can play Elven Assassin together.

On-and-off player of heavily modded (500+ mods) Skyrim SE and Feed the Beast flavors of modded Minecraft. Still consider myself a hardcore PC gamer, but I'm by no measure maxing out my specs the way I should be. Work's been keeping me pretty busy, so I don't really have all the time I'd like to have to actually finish playing my Steam library, but I've been looking for others to squad up with for the PC port of the Halo collection to get back to my FPS roots.

...otherwise, been trying lately to get rid of my consoles anyway, the flexibility of GameStreaming and having everything together on one platform is just too useful (especially being able to keep a lightweight, weaker laptop around to play remotely).

Been playing Need for Speed : Heat, and of course I made the BRZ my drifting car lol.

Casually dabbling in Team fight Tactics from league of legends and Diablo 3 here and there.

I also have no idea how many hours I've poured into Skyrim lol. One of those eternally great games that you can play over again 10000000 times and it will be different every time.

Apparently they are seriously pursuing building version 5 on Unreal Engine and to be released on Steam.


I have dabbled in this game since like 15 years ago so this is very exciting to me.


Curious if anyone else plays or has played it.

Invidia has one on their twitter account that shows a plane on approach over a road with traffic, and overflying what looks like Rome. Amazing detail. That one doesn't appear to be on Youtube but your can find it on their Twitter feed NVIDIAGeForceUK (apparently the forum blocks Twitter redirects)

Late 80s. It's holiday time. No school. So, I can do anything I want. Yet, I play this game for many hours, if not days, without stopping.

I've played MS Flight Simulator off and on since it was really a port of Sublogic's version (FS1) for the original PC. I realize it's been almost 40 years, but computing really has come a long way.



One thing hasn't changed though, I still struggle to land the bloody thing in simulation.
