It would be hard to go back that's for sure. Right now it's been a pain logistically because I have to drive to another part of town for it but the station right by my house is in the process of getting it and will be complete in October some time. I'm in Florida and it's already hesitating to start in the mornings but I found a fix for this on the forum that I am holding off on appling until I really have to. I hate flashing this car because it runs like a pile of shit for 200 miles.

I'm loving E85 though. Best bang for the buck (free) mod I've ever done on a car. Especially on our car with the dreaded dip.

I’ve read people saying you should to get the detergents that come in 93 but I don’t see why they would put detergents in 93 and not in E85. I would think ethanol in itself would be a good solvent.

I usually switch back to 93 after fifth tanks.

I was on E85 for about 5 months before my accident in May. When I got my new block and heads I went back to 93 for a few thousand miles and I missed E85. Now I'm back on the corn, I just could not stay away. I love that smell, and I love torque. My car is catless and the car smells of E85 a lot, even on the highway sometimes.

I think that the extra detergents in gas are for cleaning your engine BECAUSE you are on gas. It burns and creates a lot of carbon deposits, E85 burns much cleaner. With E85 you don't need those detergents. My tailpipe is cleaner now (yeah after only about 1000 miles on it) and what I've read from people who have done engine break downs (86 and other cars) the engine is a lot cleaner internally too. You just don't get the carbon deposits

I get so annoyed... Sitting there patiently waiting for sweet corn and someone just zooms in front.. to get regular gas.
