I like whichever one can wrap her legs around my head and neck and crush me until I feel like I'm about to die.

Well, they very well may be. Will be checking them closely before putting them on.

I know when my RE71Rs were "on their way out" they started behaving pretty unpredictably, and I could drift on them at will, even though visually they still had decent tread left.

Is this a big problem in some places? I keep hearing it but have never once seen a tire under about 30 years old that was dry rotted. Is it more of an issue on performance tires?

Was a legit question. I keep reading about "tires over 3 years old are done" on here and I have honestly never seen this before.

My previous car's tires are currently dry rotted.

And my last tires on my FR-S also dry rotted and cracked.

Maybe it's the bay area climate. Not sure.

And I know it was a legit question, just joshing with ya.

A friend of mine have seen them on a set of Michelin Premier A/S on his dad's Mazda. Just over 3 years old and dry rot. Michelin only offered him 50 bucks off a new set.

Me I've never seen it.
