I am inclined to get the Raceseng plates.... but so pricey. I want non-raising plates.
Could be the other way around, other 265s are too skinny like continentals... No where near the right tread width.

From my research I thought I found that the HVT and Ground Control plates gave the most stack height. The clincher for me was Ground Controls guarantee covering street driving, while HVT had a disclaimer about theirs for street applications.

This is the reason why. I believe Jive is running some Bridgestones and they aren't as wide.

i have RE-11's which i think are pretty wide, they are pretty square with the rim...but the MPSS have that rounder sidewall design that likes to bulge so that could be your issue. i'm planning on switching to them, maybe i should bump down to a 255 then...

GBS FO LYFE

i also think i'll go with racesengs...i'm just going to have to suck it up.

I would recommend you go with the 255.

Love dem three spinning green shells. My guess is you won't need to be worrying about being hit by a blue shell.

Nice new sig @Sportsguy83. I am thinking about selling my SpecE30 to focus all my funds and efforts on building my time attack S2000. With that being said, I am looking forward to racing the SpecE30 at Daytona this weekend. Looks like we should have around 25 cars in the class so plenty of guys to race with.

All credits for the awesome signature to @alpine.

That race sounds like fun! Take some GoPro videos.

The S2k won't be ready for the track next month. I still have to order up the roll bar, hard top brackets, and get the brakes sorted.
