Well what do you know, miracles do happen. Suddenly the CFO, Controller, and budget manager were in my cubicle in a panic. We bought two hospitals, and now they want all the new employees and cost center structure in Kronos, Peoplesoft, SAP, and our reporting system. "oh shit Sapphireho, what do we do! How will we calculate payroll budget, how will we calculate patient revenue" The big wigs want to see financial statements next week!"

That is the primary reason I switched jobs about 5 years ago. I had the option of being promoted and moving up, or taking a buy-out package because of a reorg. The promotion meant moving to New Jersey (oh, hell no) so I took the money and ran.

I suggest you ask them again about how much your golden parachute/ retirement bonus is going to be ??

I probably wouldn't be able to talk much anyway. I don't know the actual end user applications. Not a user. I'm just the guy who knows how to sneak in the back door of the databases they sit on.

There are also a couple of folks on here that I know I work with lol.

And we probably do see each other, but just don't know it. I see twins all the time, though half the time Im in a different car. Actually... we might have walked past each other once at a restaurant. Blue BRZ with a front lip right? Someone parked a few cars down from me lol.
