Hey. Mine does that too, but I haven't looked into it as I dont listen to the radio. It is kinda anoying how it takes forever to seek for a radio station. Does yours reset when you start the car?? That might be part of the issue.

If the rear camera is all wired up does anything have to be done for settings to make it work? Mine is all wired but I am not getting it to come on when I reverse.

That does help. Berliner, you are the man! I was missing the red wire connecting the brown reverse wire going to the back. It didn't come with one for the camera I bought. Wired up a new 10 ft wire to that brown wire coming out the head unit and to the 12 reverse lamp wire in back and bam.

The camera looks good and was only $21. If not for the missing wire to connect that, I would say it was 10/10, I give it a 9/10 for the headache trying to figure that missing wire out. It sat wired wrong on my car for a couple months as I didn't want the hassle and I finally gave in to get it done.

Pics of what I had to wire to get it work, the camera installed on the car or pictures of what the images look like that the camera puts up on the head unit when in reverse?

pics of display and mounting point. Our radio allows you to superimpose lines, right?

I put that up. Are the two pictures not showing? One of the headunit dispalying when the car is in reverse and the other where the camera is mounted on the bottom of the bumper.

They sell the camera with or without lines, same price. That is not an option in the radio. Bought mine without them.

Is there a way to get this to remember to leave the wifi on during startup? Really annoying turning on the wifi every time i get in the car. also it defaults to medium brightness every time it is started.

I got an app/widget that is a one time press to turn in on. I put it on the front page, makes life so much easier haha! The brightness is odd, Mine went back down once but normally stays on full.

I don't have this problem, wifi is always on and automatically connects to my phone's hotspot.

Mine is always on even through complete power shutdown of the headunit. Same with remembering my brightness. Sounds like a problem with the head unit. Anything else getting reset like channels or other settings?

Thanks, yeah it forgets random things at random times. Sometimes it good for a few days then it'll forget almost everything. I have emailed Ca-Fi and they seem to be aware of the issue with this (the new DashlinqCT) and are working on new firmware. I may just replace it with a known good unit (Eonon or similar) until the new firmware is out and then decide which to keep and which to sell.
Torque dose not currently work on the new units either. Honestly, the DashlinqCT is a huge disappointment and it makes me wish I had a got a Dashlinq4 before the new one came out.
