Installed morimoto xb35 with relay. Added bezel but got lazy finishing the fogs after I finished the oil catch can. Pretty productive day!!

Finally got the snow shoes on today. And of course the temperature is now steadily climbing back up to the 50s by the end of the week with no real snow in sight. Figures.

To wit, holy crap does this thing swim/squirm around and float now on these compared to the summer tires. I got very used to (spoiled I guess is more like it) how the car drives on those. You guys weren't kidding!

Drove my FR-S up to the "taco bus" (as my granddaughters call it) to bring home some Mexican carry out food ..... flirted with the cute seniority......got glared at by the cook with a big knife ...... did not get stabbed ....... drove home in the rain ...... did not wreck ......

For some reason,I didn't notice my car squirming around last winter,but now I really notice it on the pavement.

Reminds me of back-in-the-day, or I should say, night.

I was stranded in Pueblo, CO, by a bad winter storm, in a Ramada Inn.

With nothing to do and nowhere to go, I spent a lot of time in the bar. On the second night, the older Mexican woman bar tender was looking pretty good.

However, I had competition from a traveling salesman and an airman. So, about 1:55 AM, I couldn't drink anymore and gave up on my quest to bed her.

About noon the next day, the roads had cleared and I was in the lobby checking out. It was broad daylight and I saw that barmaid, when she came in to pick up her paycheck ..... OMG!

Brings to mind the CW song about the girls getting prettier at closing time and waking up with a number one ......

Filled up on E85 for the first time and flashing the tune now! JDL UEL headers being are being installed Friday hopefully.

Went to the dealer and got rear brakes done and only my second oil change in a year and a half.

Side note: I was given a brand new Scion iM,jeez what a piece of shit that thing is. Absolutely no acceleration worth anything and the windshield has a small section that's warped that makes it look like you need to be wearing glasses or you are looking into a funhouse mirror. Not a quality car at all.
