I was planning to plastidip them just for protection. Keep the flat black.
Do you have a link to any pictures of them dipped? I'm curious to see how that would look

I have an APEXi drop in filter in my stock intake. I like this set up quite a lot. Sounds refined. Doesn't make any more power but that's OK.

Question, how often do you guys wash your car? I've only washed her twice in the past month i've gotten her. Worried to not ruin the paint, which is the reason why.

Considering my luck with the paint I'd suggest washing it every day

Seriously though, if you keep it washed and waxed it shouldn't be a huge deal.

Twice a week for the past 17 months. If it hurts your paint, you are doing it wrong.

Doesn't necessarily hurt my paint. I was just wondering since I thought it hurt my paint.

From the sound of the past two responses, i'm going to go wash my car now.

As long as you keep her wax it doesn't really hurt to go longer in between washes. When u have a good coat of wax on most dirt just slide right off anyways. I can get away with just spraying my car with water now that I have a thick coat of wax going on. If you don't have any wax any contaminat such as bird crap bugs and pollen will stick it self into the your paint and t will be a bitch to get off. Might even hurt the clean coat

My friends kid ran her damn scooter into the side of my car. Do you guys have any idea how hard it would be to fix this?

Looks like a paintless dent removal kind of job. I don't see any paint damage (ding king etc). It shouldn't cost much, I think some charge per ding, some charge per panel.
