I said this a few pages back or something, but yea it extends the original diffuser like 2 inches so it'll improve your aero a tiny bit, for the wonderful low price of 700 dollars. Might as well tack on some aluminum sheet by yourself for much less, and cover the whole bottom while you're at it.

Same for every one of these nonsense pieces. If you want to pretend your factory lip is functional, knock yourself out. Don't expect anyone out of high school to believe you.

I'd rather spend 4K on a CFRP roof than 2K on useless Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements. I'd rather spend 4K on Volk rims than on an overkill 4K TRD BBK. Other than the roof, the after market will offer better performance parts for less (AP Racing, Moton, Invidia,...)

I really, REALLY want that wet carbon fiber roof. On my *future* FR-S, that is.

I wonder if all the Scion/TRD accessories will be available as rebranded STi/SPT parts

So STI is now just a glorified accessory package?
Looks like they went the way of TRD

I would say that any STi branded part would be of better quality than SPT. SPT generally uses US mfrs like Bosal, Borla, etc. Where STi uses in-house engineering or comparable JDM mfrs. |
