Sorry Ich, was only able to get on long enough to grab pics from the Drift practice. Next time for sure we will get a head on drift. Wonder how many tries we can get it in without crashing into each other...lol. I want to make it as close as possible.
If only I can get the vid ported over to Windows Movie Maker then I can edit it up for some cool drift footage. |

Some people buy those boxes that do a direct HD feed to which you can save to PC. I've tried Exporting the vid to XMB, but when you get to the PS home screen, the vid is in an unplayable format. Those direct feed boxes are around the $100 buck range. Not willing to pay that, so I'll just use my Moto Droid to shoot vids of the TV...lol. |

I ranked 61 and then fell to 81 last I checked. Pretty rough trying to make a smooth throttle transition with the Aids all off on this 370z and still be fast. Damn I want a G25/27.

I begged my friend to let me use his Logitech Driving Force GT (cuz I heard Poly use that wheels for all the demos)... but man, it's totally pissing me off. Driving Assistance thing (or what ever the thing is called) is make me wanna break the wheel. I don't know how to turn it off either, so I'm going nuts! I asked my friend how to turn it off, but he never use that wheel, so he have no clue either. I can't even drift that the thing on! Every time, I go into grass or get off the actual driving line, wheel try to force it back to place even thou I don't want to, so 99% of the time, it makes me spin out. Also the brakes are so damn sensitive that, lil lap makes it brake so hard and ram into corner. So anyone know how to turn that stupid assistant thing off? Help this angry Jap.

^^ All steering wheel settings are done at the:
Options>Steering Wheel Controllers> Steering Settings If you want it to be as real as possible (which i recommend) do: Steering Type (Simulation) PowerAssisted STeering (Off) Feedback Strength (1-10) your call, i set mine at 8

Steering Type (Simulation) PowerAssisted Steering (Off) Feedback Strength (1) I thought, PowerAssisted Steering is causing this problem... but I have it off, so idk. Is it do that to you? If you got off course, wheel try to correct it? |

yes it does that, if this is your first time using a wheel then that makes sense, when i first bought mine i spin all the time i needed hours to adjust to a new driving style.
